  • Payments and deposits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
  • Cancel or move a booking more than 7 full days before the booked start time and the payment will normally be held as COM PLANT credit for future work.
  • Cancel, postpone or be unable to proceed within 7 full days and the payment/deposit is forfeited unless COM PLANT agrees otherwise in writing.
  • Storage is charged by machine size, with a minimum of £30 + VAT per machine per calendar day.
  • For on-site work, the machine must be available in a safe working area when we arrive. Customer-caused delays are deducted from the booked working time.
  • Suitable water and electricity must be provided free of charge on-site where required.
